You get a glimpse of the moon, and the phone rings.

yes, pvt. pyle...it is exactly like cresting a hill and the phone rings...much better reception during the autumn. However, with a bit of work the reception can be adjusted during other seasons ala looking for a clear channel on your walk around phone at home. The veil is thinest(sp) and reception most clear on a hill in Vermont.
